Summary: The devil is in the details.........
Comment: I purchased this item for my daughter, who is away at college. On the same day I bought another security device from another vendor. The other vendor was able to provide timely tracking information that allowed me to let my daughter know when it would be deliverd. The Mace folks however, did not provide tracking info until I e-mailed a cancellation request after day 8 or 9 because I thought 10 days was a little lengthy for time in transit. As it turned out the item was delivered to the apartment office in 2 days but Fedex didn't feel it was necessary to let anyone know where they left it. Moral of the story- give me timely tracking info and I can take it from there. Now if I could just figure out how to test this stuff without getting arrested.........

Comment: After placing the locked spay in my purse, I touched the corner of my eye and it burned instantly and was painful. There must have been spray product on my finger even though the pepper spay was closed. It had never been opened. You must never touch your eyes when holding the close spray.
