Comment: This item:Garden Song Super EZ Fill Bird Feeder was purchased to replace the most wonderful birdfeeder I ever bought which got damaged so it was unusable...and I could not find the same one anywhere. This replacement feeder, of which I bought 2, may have been similar in design, but did not perform anywhere near the one it replaced. The design has the top rounded to fit the shape of the bottom portion which holds the seeds and the feeding ports. Unfortunately, this means that the rain hits the top and runs down the sides, wetting the seeds and clogging the feeder so the birds can't get seeds out. The feeder also provides a mechanism to turn the base which is supposed to clear out clogs. This does not work unless one tilts the feeder to the side for each of the four ports, and even then it doesn't unclog it very well. This is, in my opinion, because the bottom of the feed holder has a lip that sticks up, holding water at the bottom of the seed supply. I also find that the ports are really too small...they don't allow much room for seed. I was VERY disappointed!

Comment: Nice looking feeder,but wire came loose after a few days and the lid popped off.I could not reattach wire so I fixed it with string.

Comment: I am stationed in iraq.There is so little life to look at.
So I bought this feeder.
I like watching there be new life where before there was just empty sand.

Summary: Not the quality I expected
Comment: I thought this would be a little higher quality for the price. The plastic is very thin. I would compare the clear plastic to that of a soda bottle. I guess I'll see how well it holds up to the New Hampshire winter. I'm impressed that even though it's full of about 3 lbs of seed, the little hanging cable didn't break even with 8" of snow on top of it. I bought a second feeder which is mostly metal at Lowes for similar money.
