Comment: This is not as sweet or chocolaty as I would have hoped, but it is a nice variation of the natural Smooth Move Tea. As the name says, it's very smooth: I've taken more than 20 of these and I've never experienced cramps or other pains that I used to experience with other laxatives. Highly Recommend it.

Summary: Senna tea
Comment: It works most of the time. I don't drink it the the night before. What I do is let it sit overnight then drink it early in the morning. It usually works about 4 hours later or shortly thereafter.
