The shipping took a while, but came with an apology/explanation.
On the other hand, the hat is pretty nice. It's comfortable, adjustable, and simple. The materials used in construction also seem to be of good quality (thick, strong, soft, ect).

It could be improved by changing the head size adjustment so that it does not slip. Customer Rating: Summary: Baseball cap satisfaction Comment: The baseball caps come in a variety of colors and have a deep crown to the cap so it doesn't easily blow off. I also like the fact that there is no logo in the front such as with the big guys for whom many of us do their advertising free.
