Summary: Well worth it.
Comment: Both myself and my wife work out everyday, I bought my first belt when I was in the States two years ago, and now looking to buy a second one for my wife. Not being able to get out there on the road to run we have got a crosstrainer in the house, both of us use it weveryday whilst wearing our belts, The belt is secure and does not move, the extra heat generated by the belt helps to loose the extra fluid stored around that area. As mentioned in the previous reviews it helps with posture, It helps you to maintain the correct position whilst working out, stopping that sore back. We will continue to use ours and recomend it.

Summary: everlast zipper waist slimmer belt
Comment: This is a good piece for skimming inches off the waist and lower back support. It washes good in a machine hand wash cycle and hangs to dry. Only thing is it will not fit everyone but what does?! I'm 5'7" 160 lbs. and am using it on the tightest zipper. This one is for normal to larger people. The Bali brand is smaller and is also a very good belt.

Comment: I bought this online at a fitness store, it was relatively inexpensive. I did not like the way I had to suck in my tummy to attempt to zip it up on the snuggest line. I do however like the fact that my waist, back and tummy loses tons of water when I run, weight train and sit in the sauna. Like a few other reviewers I do ab training while in the sauna and I have noticed a significant improvement in my abdominal and back area. I have also gotten compliments on the deisgn of this slimmer belt from other ladies in my gym. I would recommend this to any one who realizes that with diet and exercises this belt is a great compliment to your program.

Summary: One of the best decisions I ever made
Comment: I am soo glad I got this slimmer belt. It's already working. I wear it every day during my work out and when I'm in the sauna. I also do abdominal crunches. But I am telling you...my waist is really staring to look nice. I intend to cont. wearing it until I see no more fat. Though it does look like I will have to replace it before then because I can already see some cracks in the rubber part. Still...a great investment!
