Comment: I have been using this product for several years and love it. When I have the need for something chocolatey I mix it with lowfat milk or make an egg cream. It is good on ice cream too, but it is a little thin and a little goes along way or it becomes overpowering....Try it you'll like it.

Comment: This stuff is perfect for low carb/high protien chocolate power shakes... I mix it with banana whey powder and egg whites for a super thick low cal, low carb, chocolate-banana-sticky-paste-thingy. It's almost like a chocolate banana moose desert.... great for weight watching chocolate freaks!

Comment: First of all, I think it is amazing that there is such a thing as "defatted cocoa", and the product is a good idea despite the fact that it contains "trace calories" (check the back of the bottle). However, this does not at all taste like chocolate in my opinion. I couldn't really use it for dipping fruit; I couldn't use it for chocolate milk or chocolate sodas. I have a feeling that this may work if you add it to creamy things like non-diet ice cream. It left a weird after-taste in my mouth, and in general had a chemical taste. I will not buy this product again. I'd rather eat normal chocolate sparingly than this stuff in larger quantities.
