Everybody loves ice cream. It’s cool, sweet and delicious. It’s also the tantalizing topic of this happy documentary program that takes viewers to ice cream places across America from Vermont to Hawaii, highlighting outstanding places to get a cone or a bowl. An Ice Cream Show features mostly small ice cream lovers – from makers and eaters to collectors and cone-makers.

Customer Rating: Summary: Two Scoops, Please Comment: Rick Sebak is a genius. He makes us happy by showing other people... being happy! It's contagious!
But "An Ice Cream Show" is also informative. Learn how much milk fat it takes to qualify an ice cream as 'premium.' See how cones are made. Delve into the technological mysteries of Penn State's Ice Cream Lab.
So sit back and enjoy the road trip as Rick visits ice cream lovers across the USA. Then complete your Sebak culinary trilogy with A Hot Dog Program and Sandwiches That You Will Like. Mmmmmmmm!
Customer Rating: Summary: Enjoyable, so long as you have some ice cream on hand Comment: Very enjoyable program about the history, variety and community of ice cream. As with other programs from this producer, he has a way of producing a program about a topic, presenting it very well--yet, the show is really about americana and the people behind the topic.
Please, don't you dare watch this show without plenty of ice cream and toppings on hand.
