Comment: The ginger flavor of this candy is fantastic; mild for a quick second, then nice and spicy, and the flavor lasts in your mouth for a while after you've finished just one piece. They've got the firmness of Starbursts, and are about an inch long with a rice paper wrapper around them. This is the only ginger candy I've ever had, but it's a great starting point! Wonderful stuff.

Comment: a great candy, altho it was a bit too spicy for my tastes. Some reviewers mentioned they were tough to get out of the wrapper, they've started wrapping them with an edible rice paper wrapper first, then the usual wrapper. I didn't have trouble with them sticking at all.

Comment: If you like ginger, and you like hot stuff, this is it. Ting Ting Jahe was a revelation in the world of sweets for me.
The ginger is absolutely authentic in flavor.
Unwrapping them can be a bit of a hassle in hot weather as the paper sticks to them. Refrigerate, unwrap when cool, enjoy!
If you're a ginger freak, you have just found Paradise.
