Summary: GREAT Binoculars!
Comment: These are AWESOME. The feel really solid. The rubberized grip feels good in your hands. The glass is great. It is very clear and crisp. They have great eye relief - several different levels. The case, strap and eye-cup cover are very nice. This is the 2nd pair of Nikon Binoculars that I have bought and I am as happy with these as I am my 1st pair. For the price I don't think you can find a better pair.

Comment: I got these for Christmas and used them for deer hunting. I am an eyeglass wearer and am very pleased that I can get a full field of view without removing my glasses. The clarity is very nice. I do not know much about binoculars, but I believe these are a great value, and the warranty is outstanding.Nikon Action 8x40 Binocular

Comment: Excellent binocular for hunting etc. Bought these for my wife and they are perfect. Weight is fine for still hunting etc. Clarity is great. A very good bargain at this store.

Summary: Finally a good pair of binocs
Comment: I found the product to be excellant in every respect. It does everything I want it to (mostly bird watching). Its easy to adjust, and the price is right. The covers over the objective lens are hard to put on is the only negetive feature. I waited a few years for a good pair of binocs and now I have them.

Summary: Great for birding
Comment: I am a long-time birder and have used several different low- to mid-priced binoculars over the past 15 years. I bought these binoculars a month ago, have taken them out on 8-9 birding trips and and have found them to be excellent in all respects.
The binoculars are sturdy and well-balanced without being unduly heavy. The optics make for a very clear, bright image in all conditions. I particularly like that they have three click-stop adjustments for the length of viewing, making it easy for people wearing glasses to get the right length. I also very much appreciate the close-focus capability: about 9 feet, which is much closer than other pairs I have used and which makes them reasonably good for watching butterflies.
I would recommend these to any birder.
