Summary: Good for a change of pace.
Comment: It is always nice to find something a bit different. This rice is certainly that. I get mixed reviews from guests, some love it, some hate it, some won't commit, and some don't even know what they are eating. I personally love the stuff and it makes a wonderful addition to my cooking arsenal. Always good to have some of this stuff around. I like the nutty flavor and the crunchy, crunchy sensation while eating it. This may not be for the less adventuresome, but it certainly fills the bill for me.

Comment: Sorry, but I didn't like this rice. White or brown basmati rice has much more aroma and flavor. I also didn't care for the texture...the hull remained crunchy even after an hour of cooking. I pitched the rest of it...a waste of money.

Comment: This is a great alternative to typical brown rice. It has a wonderful texture and is very aromatic - like basmati rice but with a hint of peanuts. Perhaps most important: everyone in my family likes it.
