Magic Barbecue helps seal in the natural juices of any meat while cooking on the grill, stove top, in the oven or on a barbecue pit. This can be used inside or outside all year long.
Can also add authentic barbecue flavor to marinades or rubs for chicken, pork chops or barbecue short ribs. Works great with kabobs, charcoal grilled hamburgers, meatballs, meatloaf, broiled meats, baked beans, stuffing or bronzed chicken breasts.
All natural and contains no MSG or preservatives and is kosher approved.
Great sprinkled on popcorn or mixed with sour cream to create a great dip!

Chef Paul Prudhommes Magic Seasoning Blends has been in business since 1982 when customers from Chef Pauls New Orleans-based K-Pauls Louisiana Kitchen restaurant began asking to take home the chefs unique seasonings. What was once a garage-housed operation has grown to a 50,000 square-foot plant. Currently, Magic Seasoning Blends offers all-natural, MSG free products in sixteen different blends; Magic Pepper Sauce; seven ground, dried Magic Chiles; four Magic Sauce & Marinades; and several cookbook gift-packs. With the exception of Pizza & Pasta seasonings and the sauce/marinades, all products are certified Kosher.

It does have a little bit of a bite, but it is delicious.

Comment: I use this on boneless skinless chicken thighs mostly. They come out fabulous. I have asked my Husband if he wanted them cooked another way, and he always says NO.
I have also added this to spice up veggies, homefries, popcorn.
Great blend and not overly salty, unlike most seasoning products on the market.
