Summary: Reminisce Extra - Great magazine; Lousy Publisher
Comment: I have enjoyed Reminisce and its companion, Reminisce Extra, for ... oh, it must be about 5 years or so. It claims no advertising BUT I guess they don't count inserts, and non-articles hawking Country store and the like...
Also due to some unknown SNAFU they lost my correct mailing address for delivery of the magazine but received at least every month requests for subscription renewal. Since these same folks publish both magazines this SNAFU affected BOTH subscriptions. Left thumb not communicating with right?
Now since they only publish every 8 weeks (two months between issues) we managed to miss participating in the special anniversary issues during this last summer (2006).
Oh, they are now delivering both but have no plans to let me find out what I missed... they just extended my subscription. However they unsurprisingly neglected to tell Amazon through whom one of the subscriptions was placed so I am getting subscription renewal requests via e-mail from Amazon.
I no longer guess what kind of folks are Reiman Publishers; they have thoroughly demonstrated that in spades...
I still like both the magazines Reminisce and Reminisce Extra and would buy the issues from a store/newsstand if it were available here just to have a reliable source.
