Summary: Full of technical and medical information
Comment: This magazine is intended for people who are working in the fitness industry and/or want to. It is full of information from AFAA, which is a globally recognized and respected company that certifies group fitness instructors and personal trainers. The articles are thoughtful, concise, and full of medical information. That being said, the goal of the magazine also is a marketing tool, meant to encourage readers to become part of the AFAA network. Even so, the articles are helpful to anyone trying to live a healthy, fit lifestyle. The nutritional element is there, with healthy eating tips and recipes. It also includes spiritual and exercise components, along with industry-insider news. Overall, the magazine is really an asset to anyone looking to further his/her own career and lifestyle.

Summary: This magazine is awful!
Comment: I made the mistake of ordering this magazine because I wanted to learn more about fitness and the fitness industry. When it arrived, I quickly realized that the magazine is basically a promotion for the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. The writing is terrible and every other page is an advertisement for some product that is thinly veiled as an article. Despite the fact that I had only received one issue, the company refused to credit me the remaining balance on my subscription.
