Comment: overall, the functionality of the label printer is very good. Easy to use and set up. Had to call Customer Support at one point and they were very helpful (it was my dumb mistake). One big complaint: NO POWER SWITCH! It's CRAZY to have to plug and unplug this thing as much as it costs. How much could an on/off switch on the unit have cost these guys to include. That's CRAZY!
