Customer Rating: Summary: Oh boy! Comment: My wife was so excited about this thing, she couldn't wait to get home and open some cans! She loves it. We bought a dozen for Christmas gifts and probably should've ordered more. While it may not be the sleeper Christmas gift that makes all the news this year, it'll be a good conversation piece that the chefs on your list will love.
Customer Rating: Summary: Best tuna strainer Comment: This strainer works like a charm to press liquid from canned tuna. It is especially effective if you have a can opener that lifts the lid instead of cutting it, because with these the lifted lid doesn't fit inside the can, making draining harder. The strainer can be turned over to drain smaller cans, but I haven't tried it yet.
Customer Rating: Summary: tuna fish strainer Comment: i love it . it can be washed in the dishwasher in the top or in the silver ware holder. it's great and i love it. i would of like to try the metal one has well. do try it . they do break after a long use tho. but it's worth the price.
Customer Rating: Summary: Simple is Better Comment: I've had one of these for over 3 years now and use it predominantly for canned tuna straining. It works like a champ and is dishwasher-safe. My daughter just recently moved out on her own and requested this as a Christmas present since she can't have mine! Simple design, simple to use.
Customer Rating: Summary: No more straining with a lid Comment: Simple little item makes straining tuna much easier! My first inclination was to dump the tuna into the strainer. Wrong! LOL Leave the tuna in the can and press the strainer into the can. Too bad it didn't come with instructions! Duh.
