My wife brought these into our combined kitchen (she loves them)so I use them once in a while but on soft items like raw chicken they just pull and make a mess. I have some Nice henkles that I brought that live in the closet in the other room, when ever I am doing anything in the kitchen I take the walk to get them, Sharper and Safer IMHO then the eversharps.
