Summary: Gift for Grandson in 5 years
Comment: Purchased this as a gift for my grandson as he gets older. Watched kids have fun at a party with the parachute and wanted to be able to give this as a gift later.

Summary: Fine Toy
Comment: This review is about this parachute compared to other parachutes. It is not a review about whether or not parachutes are fun. Of course they are. On the positive side, this parachute is cheaper than others. Unfortunately, however, I thought I was ordering a parachute with pink in it (see photo), but received a parachute with dark purple, instead. It's not a very attractive parachute. Also, I thought I was ordering something that would hold a lot of air and be fluffy. It is not. It's heavy. Finally, I thought I was ordering something that a child could sit in and be lifted by adults (like in the gymboree). The directions clearly state you can NOT do this with this product. I'm sure kids can have fun with this, but the limitations break my heart. I was so looking forward to this toy.

Summary: 10 foot parachute
Comment: As a grandma, I've given two 6-foot parachutes and thought they were too small to be exciting. So for this 4 year old, who had loved the big parachute at nursery school, I bought the 10-foot parachute. Caveat: It's too big to spread out in any room in a 1920s townhouse. Gotta be an outdoor toy -- unless they use it to make a hideout.

Comment: This parachute is alot of fun. My kids love to play with the parachute. Not only do they play with friends, but it has become a family fun game. My kids love to see howlong they can keep a ball bouncing on it. Durable and easy to store.
