Comment: Debbie Gibson's Greatest Hits album is a pure guilty pleasure. I was a huge Debbie fan when I was a little girl. Something about her voice and songs just spoke to my six-year-old heart. Songs like Foolish Beat, Only In My Dreams, Lost In Your Eyes, and Electric Youth are sugary and sweet. Debbie was pretty much a child prodigy, she wrote and produced all her music, not bad for a seventeen year old! The song No More Rhyme is probably the most gorgeous track on this collection, stunning! Get this CD for the memories, the '80s rocked!

Summary: Debbie's very best!
Comment: This set is dominated by many hits from Debbie Gibson's Grammy-winning releases OUT OF THE BLUE(her debut) and ELECTRIC YOUTH. It does also feature the title track from her third album ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE(credited as Deborah Gibson). Gibson has composed most,if not all,of these songs which include ONLY IN MY DREAMS(debut hit from OOTB),the title track from OOTB,STAYING TOGETHER,FOOLISH BEAT,SHAKE YOUR LOVE,the title track from EY,the chart-topping LOST IN YOUR EYES and NO MORE RHYME.

Summary: talented 80s teen pop princess
Comment: Of the teen pop stars in the 80s, Debbie Gibson was my favorite. She had a beautiful voice and wrote a lot of her own material, a rarity for teen pop stars. Her music has more substance than today's pop stars, such as Britney and Christina. This cd is a good collection of her greatest hits.
