Comment: I remember hearing this LP when i was very young at my Grandmas house, and up until last year I've been looking for it for many, many years, I'm 35.
Note: Track 10, sounds like the song on polar express, they ripped off Ray or whoever wrote the song.

Comment: Remember December 70's, when my father in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, put acetate discs with this songs, tears drop me at this moment. This songs are beautiful, incredible sensations come in my memory.

Comment: I recently purchased Christmas with Coniff and the recordings are crystal clear and sound just like they did when I was a kid. The price was right too.

Summary: Rekindles Wonderful Memories
Comment: Honestly, if I didn't grow up with this album as part of our family's collection, I probably wouldn't rate it so highly.
But I did. . .and I did.
It is what it is. . .a very dated choral adaptation of mostly secular Christmas tunes set to a swingy-type beat. It's been played on shopping mall PA systems and telephone hold systems for years, and it was played time and again in our house during the sixties and seventies.
There isn't a song on this record that reaches 3 minutes, and that's fine. It's still charming and fun, and it will rekindle tons of memories of Christmas childhood for me and my family.

Summary: Walk Down Memory Lane
Comment: We had this recording years ago on a record album. It was one of our favorite Christmas records. Our daughter who is now married with children of her own, asked for it for a birthday present. We were so glad to be able to find it for her on cd.
