You may make these for candies, or create decorations for cakes or gingerbread houses. We loved them.

- 1 recipe Fondant (your favorite)
- Tint fondant with any desired food coloring. Flavor to suit the taste.
- Knead until coloring and flavoring are well blended with fondant. Form into patties. Press nuts, raisins, candied cherries or other fruits in the top. If desired, dip into melted chocolate.
The easiest way to deal with this fondant is to roll it flat and use a small round or other shaped cookie cutter (smooth edge, not ridged). Scrap pieces of fondant can be re-rolled or formed into decorative shapes for cakes.
