More famous for its red rather than its white wine. These are made from the Syrah grape in the Northern Rhone. One of the most full-bodied red wines of France, capable of long ageing.

Any liquor served with ice, soda, plain water, ginger ale or other carbonated liquids.

Highland Malt

the name that distinguishes one of the four types of malt whisky made in Scotland and used as a base of every Scotch whisky. Distilled in the Highlands of Scotland.

Holland Gin
